Eligible Shareholders are advised to carry and submit a copy of the Second and Final Call Notice received from the company, that carries their pre-printed particulars namely (i)Second and Final Call Notice number; (ii)Name of the Eligible Shareholder; (iii)DP ID and Client ID; (iv)Number of partly paid-up equity shares held as of Call Record Date i.e. December 13, 2024; (v)Amount due and payable. SCSB designated branches may refuse to accept the ASBA form from Eligible Shareholders not providing a copy of the Second and Final Call Notice.
