Eligible Shareholders are advised to carry and submit a copy of the First Call Reminder Notice received from the company, that carries their pre-printed particulars namely (i)First Call Reminder Notice number; (ii)Name of the Eligible Shareholder; (iii)DP ID and Client ID; (iv)Number of partly paid-up equity shares held as of Call Record Date i.e.September 22, 2023;(v)Amount due and payable. Collection Centers may refuse to accept the payment slip from Eligible Shareholders not providing a copy of the First Call Reminder Notice.
