Eligible Shareholders are advised to carry and submit a copy of the Final Call Notice received from the company, that carries their pre-printed particulars namely (i)Final Call Notice number; (ii)Name of the Eligible Shareholder; (iii)DP id and client id; (iv)Number of partly paid-up equity shares held as of Call Record Date i.e. March 04, 2025; (v)Amount due and payable. SCSB designated branches may refuse to accept the ASBA form from Eligible Shareholders not providing a copy of the Final Call Notice.

Collection Centers may refuse to accept the payment slip from Eligible Shareholders not providing a copy of the Forfeiture Notice.
